Before going to Apply solutions, first, make sure that your iPhone is connected to working internet connection. So if you are using WiFi then check WiFi is working correctly. If using Mobile Data then open Safari Browser and open any website to check Internet is working correctly.

1. Force close Settings app

3. Reset Network Settings

4. Restore old iOS update
If you see Unable to Confirm Update error while installing new iOS 11 update then you can go back to old iOS using iTunes backup if you have any. Connect your iPhone to iTunes and restore an old backup.
